From doingto being.

Three days rooted in Yoga, Kalaripayattu, chanting, and conscious eating — to learn what no holiday teaches: how to be replenished from within.

A conversation first. No payment is required to enquire.

Limited to 12 participants.
Why REE exists

You have been doing.
And doing. And doing.

The work, the home, the people who depend on you — you hold it all up, gracefully, and somewhere along the way the tiredness stopped going away with sleep. It has a name: burnout. And it is not a personal failing — it is what happens when everything flows out and nothing flows back in.

A holiday distracts you from it, for a while. REE was created as the answer to it. Every practice in these three days was chosen for one reason — because it replenishes what burnout depletes. Drawn from Indian traditional sciences refined over centuries, they teach you to restore yourself from within, so the steadiness returns home with you, and stays.

REE

REE evokes movement, rhythm, and flow. Its sound echoes strīस्त्री — the Sanskrit word for woman.

A glimpse

Three days, in motion

What you take home

Designed for the woman who is always on.

Every practice at REE has been deliberately chosen to replenish something sustained output steadily depletes.

01

A calmer nervous system

Guiding the body out of the constant alert burnout keeps it in.

through Classical Hatha Yoga · Chanting
02

Greater body awareness

Noticing the early signals before they harden into exhaustion.

through Classical Hatha Yoga
03

Agility & strength

Balance, flexibility, and usable strength that years at a desk take away.

through Kalaripayattu
04

A different relationship with rest

Rest stops being collapse — a deliberate pause, before you run on empty.

through The retreat rhythm
05

Sleep that regulates again

Days tuned to a natural rhythm, so sleep finds its pattern again.

through Conscious eating · Night meditation
The approach

Four sciences. One immersion.

Not a spa getaway. Not a generic yoga weekend. A cultural immersion into traditions refined over centuries — taught by lifelong practitioners of the Sadhguru Gurukulam lineage.

Classical Hatha Yoga

“Your physical health, your psychological wellbeing, and your spiritual possibility depend on how well aligned you are with existence. Essentially, Hatha Yoga is towards establishing this alignment.”

— Sadhguru

Kalaripayattu

Known as “the mother of all martial arts,” Kalaripayattu is said to have originated from the Dhanurveda, a scientific treatise on the art of warfare in ancient Bharat. Learn three sets of practices which enhance flexibility, balance, and strength in the body.

Chanting & Music

From sound to silence — Hindustani music and traditional chants that settle the nervous system in ways words cannot.

A fresh sattvic meal being served

Conscious Eating

Every meal at REE is part of the practice — fresh, sattvic, vegetarian food, eaten with attention. Through guided sessions on what, when, and how to eat, discover a way of eating that nourishes you long after the retreat ends.

Your three days

A gentle arc, by design

Arrive and unwind. Go deeper. Then carry it home.

IDay One · Arriving

Arrive, settle in, and let the pace slow down. The day opens with a traditional welcome circle and time to connect, followed by an evening yoga session that gently introduces the rhythm of the retreat.

IIDay Two · Going deeper

The fullest day of practice. Morning yoga and Kalaripayattu wake up the body; a session of music and chanting opens the evening inwardness. Rest is built into the afternoon, and the day closes with a bonfire and night meditation.

IIIDay Three · Carrying it home

A morning of yoga and Kalari on the lawn, followed by a traditional Devi chant and a closing circle to share what has shifted. We close with a celebratory lunch and a group photograph before departure.

A note from the founder

My own journey from being a software engineer to undertaking over 1,750 hours of intensive training in Classical Hatha Yoga at Sadhguru Gurukulam changed the way I understood wellbeing.

I began to see that rest and replenishment are not quite the same thing. Stepping away from our responsibilities may give us a pause. But there are ways to cultivate balance, vitality and inner ease from within — through practices that have been preserved and transmitted for generations.

REE grew from this understanding.

It brings together Classical Hatha Yoga, Kalaripayattu, chant and sound, conscious food, rest and nature — not as a collection of wellness activities, but as a carefully curated experience. Each element engages us differently: the body through yoga, strength and alertness through Kalari, inwardness through sound and chant, nourishment through food, and spaciousness through rest.

REE is an invitation to experience these traditions for yourself — and discover ways of replenishing that can travel home with you.
